Product scope

OtoNote Tinnitus Diary is a self-tracking and reporting tool for tinnitus records. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, predict, or relieve tinnitus, hearing loss, or any medical condition.

Medical care

Seek professional care if tinnitus appears suddenly, is one-sided, pulses with your heartbeat, follows injury, or is accompanied by hearing loss, dizziness, pain, or neurological symptoms.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding what to record, what to export, and what to share with clinicians or caregivers. Reports are discussion aids, not diagnoses.

Company

OtoNote Tinnitus Diary is provided by Borealbit Technology Limited. Support questions can be sent to support@borealbit.com.

Know the boundary

Keep records useful—and medical decisions with professionals.

OtoNote can organize what you noticed. It cannot determine what those symptoms mean or replace qualified care.
