OtoNote Tinnitus Diary is designed so tinnitus diary records stay on your device by default. The app does not require an account for core logging and does not use ads.
Pro integrations
Pro features may include Apple Health context, PDF export, CSV export, Shortcuts quick logging, and custom trigger tags. Those features should request platform permissions before use and should only access data needed for the selected feature.
Website
This website serves public product pages, FAQ, blog content, text crawl surfaces, and lightweight API endpoints. The current support path is email, not server-side storage of tinnitus diary data.

If you email support, Borealbit Technology Limited receives the information you choose to send. Do not include sensitive medical details unless you are comfortable sharing them by email.
